The DiamondSkin crystal free microdermabrasion system combines oxygen therapy with crystal-free microdermabrasion in one very unique machine, allowing clients to receive the best crystal free microdermabrasion available according to many authorities. Made of surgical grade stainless steel the wand tip is embedded with natural diamond chips that are sifted to the exact micron size needed. While effective there are some disadvantages to this systems. Aluminum oxide is left embedded in the skin and floats in the air as are crystals.
