Aromatherapy is a simple and yet very effective stress relief tool and service offered by many spas and aestheticians, as well as massage therapists. Essential oils will very greatly in both quality and price with numerous factors that can affect the quality and the price of the oil including how rare the plant may be, the country of origin and the conditions under which the plant was grown and distilled, as well as the quantity of oil produced by the plan.
Essential oils can usually be purchased as blends of several essential oils which is advantageous. This allows purchase to be combined rather than individual purposes and this saves the client money. A disadvantage however is that there is no individual control over the blend or the amount.
